Kluang Rail Coffee Shop

A while back, I managed to visit a famous town down-south. The town of Kluang is famous for one thing and that one thing is the Kluang Train Station.

This ins one of the transit place for the train before reaching Johor Bharu and finally Singapore.

It is also the location where a coffee shop is located. It is so famous that a visit to Kluang is not complete without a visit to this coffee shop.

The famous nasi lemak. It is one of the smallest pack but it does taste good.

Apart from nasi lemak, the also has pack of beehoon and mee...

This is the main attraction, Kopi Peng (Kopi ais aka ice coffee)

Tasty roti bakar (aka toasted bun / bread)

Unnamed Shop @ Taman Melawis

Unexpectedly, another hidden gem is located not very far from my office. It is an unnamed shop in Taman Melawis, Klang and it is popular with the locals for their variety choice available.

The place is popular with several dishes, namely Red Wine Misua, Loh Yee Mee, Mee Huen Kueh and Prawn Mee. Alot of people go there for the red wine misua but somehow, I was not really interested with it. The one that makes me going back to this shop again and again it definitely the Loh Yee Mee.

Another favourite of mine is the Prawn Mee, even though it is abit more spicy then my liking.

And here is a look at the mee huen kueh.

Sorry I didnt have a photo of the famous red wine misua...

Usual damage when eating here is about RM5 per person every time, including drinks (either barley or herbal tea).
